1. Terms

By accessing the website at http://theecommclubhouse.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Trial accounts are limited to 1 per household as a one-time use. Additional trials are not allowed to be purchased. Any households found to be subverting this are subject to immediate termination & will be banned from being a member of The Ecomm Clubhouse in the future.

You and your immediate household family are allowed to use your account to access our training materials. You are not allowed to give your login information to any immediate family not living in your household. If it is discovered that you have distributed your login information to unauthorized users, then we reserve the right to terminate your account. 

You are not allowed to download, copy or modify our training materials including both our written training and our training videos. This applies to both personal use and commercial use.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on The Ecomm Clubhouse’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. The Ecomm Clubhouse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, The Ecomm Clubhouse does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall The Ecomm Clubhouse or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The Ecomm Clubhouse website, even if The Ecomm Clubhouse or a The Ecomm Clubhouse authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on The Ecomm Clubhouse website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Ecomm Clubhouse does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. The Ecomm Clubhouse may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However The Ecomm Clubhouse does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The Ecomm Clubhouse has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The Ecomm Clubhouse of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk. 

7. Modifications

The Ecomm Clubhouse may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Rebilling Period

Memberships rebill the same day and time they were purchased each month. A membership purchased at 6pm on the 10th of January will rebill at 6pm the 10th of February, as an example. In the case of a month where the day does not exist (for example – a membership purchased on January 30th) it will instead rebill on the final day of the month (in February, it would therefore rebill on the 28th/29th instead).

All 7-day trials last for 168 hours from purchase. After 168 hours, the memberships will rebill for the full monthly membership & will join the monthly membership plan at full price, unless they have been cancelled during the trial period. Memberships that are cancelled during the trial period will not join the full monthly membership, and access will be terminated at the end of the trial. This automatic joining of the program has been stated numerous times throughout the purchase process, including:

* Inside the sales video multiple times.
* In large text multiple times on the sales page.
* On the checkout page.
* The welcome email each member receives warns members of this, and also gives them a link to our cancellation policy which has instructions on how to cancel a membership.
